1. Click to Create an Account

• To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" link to create an application account.
• From there, you taken to a page within our FACTS system. You will see our District Code listed as AS-MO.
• Enter your email address and click the "CREATE ACCOUNT" button.
• You will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application 

• Once you have created your account you have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave.
• There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

3. Review & Submit + Pay Application Fee

• Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit."
• You will then be instructed to pay the application fee. 
• Once the Application fee has been paid and the submitted the Enrollment Coordinator will review your packet.
• You will then receive an acceptance email with instructions for completing the Enrollment Packet. 

4. Complete the Enrollment Packet

• To complete the Enrollment Packet you will log back into FACTS Family Portal. (Our District Code is AS-MO.)
• Go to left-side Navigation Menu and click on Enrollment/Reenrollment
• This will take you to the Enrollment Packet. The process for completing this should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

5. Submit Required Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are uploaded during the enrollment process:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptimal Certificate
• Physical and Immunization Record
• Previous School Records (if applicable - any student enrolling in 1st-8th grade)
• IEP/504 documents (if applicable)
• Custody documents (if applicable)
