Student Life Beyond the Classroom

Welcome to our vibrant All Saints school community, where education extends beyond the traditional classroom setting!

At our school, we believe in nurturing the whole child, and our extracurricular activities play a pivotal role in fostering holistic development. Engaging in a diverse range of extracurricular activities allows our students to explore their interests, develop valuable skills, and build lasting friendships.

Faith-Based Activities

Rooted in Catholic values, our extracurricular activities often incorporate faith-based elements. Students have the opportunity to participate in Faith Families (comprised of students from each grade level), service projects, and prayer groups, fostering a sense of community and a deeper connection to their spiritual journey.

Academic Enrichment

Beyond the regular curriculum, our junior high students can delve into academic enrichment programs that cater to their individual interests and talents. Whether it's choosing computer coding, knitting, learning French, cookie and cake decorating, playing pickelball, learning to line dance, or the art of printmaking, these activities provide a platform for intellectual growth and exploration.

Arts and Creativity

Creativity is celebrated and encouraged through a variety of artistic outlets. Students engage in weekly art projects, join the Bellermine Speech League, and have the opportunity to showcase their talents in our annual art show. Whether through visual arts, performing with the school band or choir, or starring in our Spring Theater Production, these activities not only refine their artistic abilities but also foster self-expression and boost confidence.

Athletics and Physical Fitness

Sports play a crucial role in promoting physical health, teamwork, and discipline. Our All Saints Athletic Association offers a range of athletic programs, including basketball, soccer, volleyball, and more. Students can also participate in our Spirits Run Club three times a week. Through these activities, students learn the importance of sportsmanship, resilience, and the joy of staying active.

Community Service and Leadership

Instilling a sense of responsibility and compassion, our school encourages students to engage in community service projects. Through initiatives like volunteer work, being active members in Shalom Club, and leadership programs like the National Junior Honor Society, students develop a strong sense of social awareness and a commitment to making a positive impact in the world around them.

Technology and Innovation

In an ever-evolving technological landscape, our school recognizes the importance of preparing students for the future. Technology and our Chromebook program enable real-time collaboration among students and teachers. This fosters teamwork, enhances communication, and facilitates group projects.

Mrs. Kaimann's innovative computer class is designed to cultivate a student's curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills through engaging and hands-on digital experiences. Her class aims to introduce students to various aspects of technology while fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment arming them with the skills they'll need to succeed.

After School Activities

Students can join our school band program which offers engaging classes weekly during the school year for students in grades 2 through 8. Our curriculum includes instruction on all band instruments—flute, clarinet, drums, trombone, trumpet, and saxophone—as well as guitar and piano. Students benefit from a variety of inspiring opportunities each year, including our annual Solo & Ensemble Festival. Click HERE for more information.
