Full-Time Learning Consultant

All Saints School is seeking a full-time Learning Consultant to provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. This role partners with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster students’ academic, social, and spiritual growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized plans tailored to student needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction and accommodations
• Utilize research-based strategies to support students with learning disabilities, emotional challenges, and developmental delays.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and spiritual growth.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure students receive appropriate support.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Participate in professional development, school meetings, and faith-based activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a Catholic or faith-based setting.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and behavioral interventions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
